• My experience has backgrounds including LAN and WAN environments, desktop support, Network(NOC)/Server analyst, server administrator and Security Operations (SOC) based in many OS platforms and vendors. Management tools, process documentation and Service Level Reporting are my responsibilities along with large migrations of IT environments.
